Common side effects of Ferimon-XT Tablet include nausea, constipation, dark stools, and upset stomach. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them.
Let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking, as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. People who are allergic to iron should avoid this medicine. It should also not be used by those with certain iron storage disorders like hemosiderosis or hemochromatosis, or by those with bacterial infections. If you have a peptic ulcer, inform your doctor before taking Ferimon-XT Tablet.
